
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and lead our talent management strategy and initiatives. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and activities, working closely with the Talent Partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition plan to drive business growth and success
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and make a lasting impact on our people and culture
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in internal talent acquisition
- Recent demonstrated experience in hands-on talent development and succession planning
- Strong understanding of Australia and New Zealand professional services markets
- Ongoing professional development and support to help you grow in your career
