Job Description:
As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales excellence across diverse regional markets. You will lead a team of enablement and content professionals to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enablement strategies that address unique regional needs
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic workforce development strategies
- Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance and effective regional execution
- Adapt local materials for regional audiences, ensuring cultural relevance
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and secure buy-in
- Establish and track regional KPIs while allocating resources strategically
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural differences
- Demonstrated experience in leading strategic workforce development strategies
- Excellence in stakeholder engagement and management
- Experience developing and executing enablement strategies across multiple countries
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent project management and resource planning skills
- Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align enablement with business objectives
