Job Description:

As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales excellence across diverse regional markets. You will lead a team of enablement and content professionals to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enablement strategies that address unique regional needs
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic workforce development strategies
  • Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
  • Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance and effective regional execution
  • Adapt local materials for regional audiences, ensuring cultural relevance
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand priorities and secure buy-in
  • Establish and track regional KPIs while allocating resources strategically

Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural differences
  • Demonstrated experience in leading strategic workforce development strategies
  • Excellence in stakeholder engagement and management
  • Experience developing and executing enablement strategies across multiple countries
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent project management and resource planning skills
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align enablement with business objectives
