Marketing & Communications Role

This is a high-impact position for a Marketing & Communications Strategist, driving marketing strategy across all Future Drive AutoShows events.

As a key member of the team, you will lead campaign planning and execution, leveraging digital channels and partnerships to achieve event goals.

You will also manage internal workflow, project timelines, and client relationships with major exhibiting brands.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support ticket sales, exhibitor bookings, brand awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee and manage workflow, project timelines, and priorities for a small in-house team working across web content, email marketing, social media, and graphic design.
  • Act as a key marketing point of contact for global exhibiting brands, coordinating delivery of marketing assets and collaborative promotion plans.
  • Own and optimise performance across all digital channels, including paid and organic social media, Google Ads, SEO / SEM, and eDMs.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and design across all channels and campaigns, maintaining a clear and engaging brand image.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, sponsors, influencers, and collaborators to drive awareness and third-party promotion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and apply learnings to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI across all events.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or events-related role
  • Demonstrated success in running integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media and performance tracking
  • Excellent copywriting and content production skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and client-facing workflows
  • Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
