We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive sales and expansion across various retail territories.
">Job Description- We require a seasoned professional with proven track records in business development, sales, and account management.
- Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
- You will work closely with our wholesale team and marketing department to develop compelling strategic sales and marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market presence.
To achieve this goal, you will:
- Generate new leads, conduct sales visits, and implement referral schemes to boost sales.
- Analyze merchandising trends to predict local impact and ensure our products are displayed effectively to drive maximum sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with our wholesale team to devise and implement effective product positioning and display strategies.
- Lead generation, sales visits, and referrals
- Sales calls and visits to discuss product displays and promotions
- Demonstrations of online ordering processes
- Provide information on delivery turnarounds, credit timeframes, and sell-through rates
- Retailer retention strategies
- At least 2 years of experience in business development and sales
- Proven success at converting leads into client sales
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
