The Senior Enablement Manager will lead a team of enablement and content professionals to develop and implement APAC-wide enablement strategies, content, and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets.
This is a highly strategic role that requires the ability to design and implement APAC-tailored enablement strategies that align with APAC-wide objectives while addressing unique regional needs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement APAC-wide enablement strategies that address unique regional needs
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-year strategic workforce development strategies
- Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of learning professionals to drive high performance, professional growth, and effective regional execution
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in sales enablement or learning & development
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and cultural differences
- Demonstrated experience in leading multi-market Strategic Workforce Development Strategies
- Excellence in Stakeholder Engagement & Management (C-suite, Executives and Senior Leaders)
