As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for delivering category growth in all customers through selling against commercial and customer plans. Your role will be to ensure we secure ranging, displays, and promotional support of our brands.

Key responsibilities include managing a territory of customers to deliver mutual growth via flawless execution of all customer plans. You will also build and leverage strong relationships with store managers and grocery managers to influence inventory and display.

Additionally, you will inform customers and sell in all NPD and promo planning, ensuring compliance to in-store standards such as planogram, and all staff are aware and knowledgeable. You will drive and gain new business across channels and deliver all commercial calendar and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key Blueprint objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution. They will be able to understand, interpret, and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction.
