About The Role

The Business Growth Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, assess customer needs, and schedule appointments to drive customer engagement and account growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
