About the Role
The responsibility of the Customer Service - End User Support Specialist, is to increase
customer satisfaction and retention by providing customers with excellent response to
their enquiries. Duties include building rapport and collaborative relationships with
customers and helping them with their issues around device set up.
About You
This role is ideal if you are a keen audiophile.
**You will require**:
A strong customer focus
Customer service/call centre experience
Common sense and the demonstrable ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
Good time management
Competency with MS Office 365
