The role of Account Development Associate plays a pivotal part in supporting our Sales Team. This entry-level position involves collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to upsell and retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential upselling opportunities and promote LexisNexis products proactively to current customers
  • Evaluate customer engagement and usage to support retention efforts
