Our main priority is building strong relationships with our clients and offering transparent, competitive financing options that advance their business goals. **The Job**:
We are actively seeking a motivated and dedicated relationship finance specialist who is looking to advance their career in the finance industry. In this role, you will work closely with our Managing Director (head broker) on a daily basis and supporting them on the following tasks:

- Completing daily phone calls to generate new business (CRM of over 15,000 businesses) and client retention.
- Collaborating with the Managing Director to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to clients.
- Liaising with customers to gather information and supporting documentation.
- Desire to understand and grasp financier credit policies (60+ lenders) in order to assist clients with the most suitable solutions available.

**Every day, we finance the following types of new or used assets (but not limited to)**:
**Including business loans such as invoice finance, working capital raises, sale and buybacks and refinancing assets.**
- Transportation equipment: Trucks, trailers and busses
- Business vehicles: Cars, vans, Utes and SUVs
- Construction equipment: Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, graders, skid steers, telehandlers, etc.
- Farming equipment: Tractors, harvesters, balers, skidders, etc.
- Forestry equipment: Feller bunchers, grinders, log loaders, tree harvesters, wood chippers, etc.
- Mining equipment: Drill rigs, crushers, shotcrete machines, breakers, haulers, etc.
- Manufacturing equipment: CNC machine, conveyers, packaging machines, etc.
- Medical equipment
- Hospitality equipment
- Commercial boats
- Commercials aircrafts

**Must Have**:

- Experience in commercial finance is preferred but not required (Ongoing training is provided)
- Must have sales intelligence and be able to quickly switch between various kinds of conversations with different types of business owners throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (phone, writing and in person)
- High attention to detail
- General computer skills (CRM knowledge is helpful)
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and competitive (hungry to win)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
