Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

The role of the Customer Engagement Specialist is to ensure seamless communication between customers and our organization. This involves responding to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring full case responsibility until resolution.

  • Respond to phone, email, and social media inquiries efficiently
  • Ensure proactive handling of consumer enquiries to prevent escalation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for any escalations or as part of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with external research laboratories for analysis or investigations when necessary
  • Identify and analyze issues and trends using real-time data to inform response strategies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and prioritization abilities, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
