Job Description:

The Business Growth Specialist will have a genuine enthusiasm for tools and trades, utilizing current sales skills and experience within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILDING STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
  • Liaising with, and finding solutions for current and potential clients to drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives to achieve targets
  • Effectively managing a diverse customer base to identify new opportunities
  • Analysing sales and customer data to inform strategic decisions
  • ATTRACTING NEW CUSTOMERS through effective cold calling and lead generation
  • Achieving sales, margin, and product mix targets
Requirements:
  • Sound commercial acumen with the ability to understand financials
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with sound experience in a similar sales role
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making
  • Strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is essential
  • Comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the trade and industrial sector an advantage
