The role of Senior Business Development Leader involves driving business development for environmentally responsible fertiliser and stockfeed products. This includes leading the development and implementation of strategic business plans, researching and investigating competitor activity, and implementing effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining and reporting up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence, developing and implementing channel-specific strategic sales and marketing plans, and pricing strategies to achieve corporate objectives and sales and profitability targets.
Required skills and qualifications include a relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture Science, Engineering, Marketing, Science or other related discipline, minimum 10 years' experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership position in an agricultural or related industry, management experience leading sales or marketing teams, and experience at successfully managing a P&L.
