Overnight Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Overnight Operations Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel's overnight operations.

Your primary objective will be to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety while ensuring the security and confidentiality of our guests and staff.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest services including check-in/check-out, request handling, and providing hotel information.
  • Maintain accurate cashiering and settle guest accounts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure strict security procedures are upheld at all times.
  • Maintain the hotels standard of professionalism and represent the company with integrity.
  • Analyse situations and make sound decisions using your analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager and General Manager on various check and balance procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • The ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions when problems arise.
  • Clear and confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster of 2 nights per week.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
