Hotel Guest Service Specialist

This role is a key position in our hotel's operations, where you will provide exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless experience for visitors, from arrival to departure.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the check-in and check-out process of hotel guests
  • Providing responsive and courteous service to meet guest needs
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of restaurant and bar areas
  • Communicating effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance
  • Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during your shift

This is a casual role, requiring flexibility in working hours. You must be available for evening shifts (3PM - 11PM) and overnight shifts (11PM - 7AM), with options available for morning shifts in the future.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
