Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Guest Services Manager to oversee the operation of our concierge team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional guest service and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the concierge team in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of guest requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on guest service standards and policies.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals, focusing on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to optimize guest services.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within guest services or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
