About This Opportunity

As the Industry Partnerships Lead, you will play a key role in cultivating and developing high-impact partnerships across key industry segments. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure game-changing opportunities that drive growth and elevate our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and manage key partnerships in sectors such as coffee, pubs, clubs, and laundry to meet market reach and growth objectives.
  • Use industry connections to generate leads and drive revenue, ensuring partnerships yield business results.
  • Implement strategies to improve company visibility and reputation through industry events and networking.
  • Work with State Sales Leaders, Key Account Managers, and Business Development Managers to create solutions that meet partner needs and align with business goals.
  • Track and report on partnership outcomes, providing updates on progress and opportunities to the National Accounts & Industry Leader.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the hospitality or financial services sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Well-organized with strong time management capabilities.
