About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Partnership Development Manager to join our team at NetApp. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving relationships and growth of existing partners through creative, business-savvy programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture a healthy portfolio of cloud IaaS Reseller, Managed Services, System Integrator, and/or Consulting Partners.
  • Become the principal and accountable Cloud Checkr advocate for partners, acting as a Trusted Advisor providing business and product expertise with exceptional customer service.
  • Create and execute joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons with a strong focus on relationship growth resulting in accelerated revenue growth and maximized revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute on plans at the individual partner level and communicate to Cloud Checkr what is required to engage, enable, and equip key partners to be as successful as possible, as quickly as possible.
  • Produce and articulate business cases for prospective and existing partners in collaboration with product marketing and product management departments.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support Spot Partner's business.
  • Meet or exceed all revenue, growth and retention targets assigned to portfolio of Spot Partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Partner Development management and/or experience working in a Partner role for a major public cloud provider.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience within an AWS, Azure, GCP, or a managed services provider (MSP, CSP, Reseller).
  • Active foundational level or higher certification from a major cloud provider.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail befitting a role in which contract document review is a component.
  • Flexible, agile and open minded with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, with experience leveraging common sales and customer management tools.
