Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Loyalty Strategy: Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition and onboard and support new partners to align joint initiatives with our Customer Loyalty strategy for success.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partner relationships, resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Performance and Trend Monitoring: Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions, measure and report partner performance using key metrics.
  • Strategic Planning and Innovation: Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership, ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives, and stay updated on industry trends and digital advances.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management/sales.
  • Skills: Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions, loyalty understanding, knowledge of the current loyalty market, players, and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilities, understanding of loyalty coalition mechanisms, loyalty commercials, analytics, and ROI mechanisms, experience in loyalty partnerships, and solid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles.
