Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the business development and day-to-day operational management of GJK Facility Services' critical environment cleaning services division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the critical environment cleaning industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns that showcase GJK Facility Services' expertise in critical environment cleaning.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the critical environment cleaning services division, ensuring all cleaning operations meet regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures to maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and optimize operational processes to maximize efficiency and profitability in the critical environment cleaning services division.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded, and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of cleaning technicians and support staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed in their roles.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the facilities management or cleaning services industry, preferably in critical environments with a focus on data centers, healthcare facilities, laboratories, or cleanrooms.
- Strong track record of sales achievement and business development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Technical knowledge of critical environment cleaning procedures and equipment, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
