">Infection prevention and control is a critical aspect of healthcare that requires effective management strategies. The Project Officer will provide support to the IPC team in implementing these strategies, ensuring the highest standards of infection control are maintained.">Key Responsibilities:
">The role includes undertaking end-to-end procurement, project planning and management, contract management, budget preparation, report writing, briefings, and other documents for internal and/or external audiences. Additionally, this role provides secretariat support for Commission committees, working groups, including arranging meetings, forums, and workshops.">Duties:
">1. Collate, edit, and draft meeting papers, correspondence, discussion papers, submissions, consultation materials, briefing notes, and other written materials associated with the program.">2. Provide secretariat support for committees and working groups, including preparation of agenda papers, meeting notes, logistics, and other administrative tasks.">3. Undertake project management activities, including input into project planning and documentation; monitoring and reporting on progress of projects; and identifying problems and proposing possible solutions.">4. Undertake procurement and contract management activities, including financial administration and budget preparation and monitoring.">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in providing secretariat and project management support, including the ability to manage and report on budgets. Strong conceptual, analytical, and research skills, including demonstrated sound judgement and innovative problem-solving skills are also essential. Additionally, high-level organisational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and knowledge of government processes or demonstrated capacity in procedural procurement and contract management processes are required.">Benefits:
