Job Title: Infection Prevention and Control Specialist

Job Summary:

This role involves providing specialist support to the Infection Prevention and Control team on various projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, secretariat support, and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, project planning, contract management, and budget preparation.
  • Secretariat Support: Provide administrative support for Commission committees, working groups, including arranging meetings, forums, and workshops.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and secretariat support.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and research skills.
  • High level organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
