Job Title: Infection Prevention and Control Project Manager

Are you a detail-oriented project manager with expertise in infection prevention and control? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team

This role involves working closely with the Infection Prevention and Control team to support various projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end project management, including procurement, planning, and contract management.
  • Providing administrative support for Commission committees and working groups, including arranging meetings and events.
  • Assisting with the National Hand Hygiene Initiative help desk as required, and providing general administrative support.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing project management and secretariat support, including budget management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High-level communication skills, with ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships and communicate complex information.
  • Knowledge of government processes, particularly in regard to procurement and contract management.
