About the Role


We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our Wheelers Hill Pharmacy team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Oversee the successful daily operations of the OTC area of the pharmacy.
  • E nsure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Inspire and lead the OTC team to deliver outstanding and professional customer service every time.


About You


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • Relevant retail and people management experience in pharmacy.
  • Motivation to self-develop and guide and lead others.
  • A positive attitude and ability to manage and multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
