Compliance Framework Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Framework Specialist to refine our compliance framework and policies, ensuring they are robust and user-friendly.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in technical writing, policy development, and change management. You will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the clarity and usability of our compliance framework, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining robust practices for managing our compliance obligations register.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of comprehensive compliance training programs.
  • Utilizing data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Preparing and presenting compliance reports to management and the board, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to drive efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, policy development, and change management.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the superannuation industry.
  • Strong data analytics skills to develop actionable insights.
  • Ability to craft audience-relevant content and deliver human-centered business change.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver effective training.
  • A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
