Compliance Manager Role

  • Embed regulatory compliance capability across the organization.
  • SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPLIANCE STRATEGY AND STANDARDS, ENSURING ALIGNMENT WITH REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS AND FOSTERING A PROACTIVE RISK CULTURE.
  • Provide pragmatic compliance advice and design effective controls.
  • Monitor adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to risk-in-change assessments, support governance initiatives.
  • Implement remedial actions to uplift compliance maturity.
  • Mentor Compliance Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver best-practice compliance outcomes.
