Job Title: Compliance Manager for Wholesale Energy Frameworks
We are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to lead the development and maintenance of wholesale energy compliance frameworks aligned to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implement Compliance Frameworks: Develop and implement effective compliance frameworks to manage risks across trading, operations, and settlements.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and auditable records of compliance activities to support internal reviews and external audits.
- Promote a Proactive Culture: Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the energy markets function.
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or governance within energy, financial services, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electricity Market (NEM) and relevant regulatory obligations.
- Demonstrated experience managing or implementing GRC systems and compliance reporting frameworks.
