You will be responsible for managing audits, conducting risk assessments, and supporting policy development to ensure our compliance posture remains strong and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and lead our compliance programs, including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
  • Manage audit programs and liaise with third-party auditors.
  • Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify key threats to our organization.
  • Select and implement appropriate compliance tools to manage our compliance programs.
  • Facilitate third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and contract compliance.
  • Support the development of security and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators, compliance metrics, and audit findings.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging regulatory trends and best practices in risk and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Commerce, IT, Information Security, Risk Management, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with frameworks like ISO 27001/31000, NIST CSF, and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer is preferred.
