We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Security Frameworks Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a lead role in shaping and strengthening our compliance and security frameworks.
You will be responsible for managing audits, conducting risk assessments, and supporting policy development to ensure our compliance posture remains strong and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and lead our compliance programs, including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
- Manage audit programs and liaise with third-party auditors.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify key threats to our organization.
- Select and implement appropriate compliance tools to manage our compliance programs.
- Facilitate third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and contract compliance.
- Support the development of security and compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators, compliance metrics, and audit findings.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging regulatory trends and best practices in risk and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Commerce, IT, Information Security, Risk Management, or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with frameworks like ISO 27001/31000, NIST CSF, and PCI-DSS.
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer is preferred.
