Operational Framework Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Framework Specialist to join our Group Life & Retirement business unit. This key member will provide broad support in documenting, developing, and delivering operational frameworks and business processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Documenting current processes, identifying efficiency gaps, and developing standardized operating procedures
  • Supporting the development of a centralized framework and tools to manage annual attestations, partner insurer questionnaires, and other contractual obligations
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate training and information sessions on initiatives
  • Contributing to the development, implementation, and maintenance of operational risk control registers
  • Documenting process flow diagrams and change impact summaries for key business processes and stakeholder areas
  • Creating and maintaining a comprehensive catalogue of business processes, process flows, and definitions

This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Lists, Power BI, Visio, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentation skills.
