HR Manager Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

  • Job Summary:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Manager. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employment life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of the HR team, ensuring smooth operation of HR functions.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.
  4. Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, time-off requests, and performance issues.
  5. Investigate and resolve employee complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, providing recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
