Employee Experience Manager

As a seasoned talent management expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on people matters and contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience across our Restaurants & Bars.
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention, fostering collaboration across outlets and supporting business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted partner to leaders and team members, providing expert advice on people matters and collaborating with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives.
- Apply strong project coordination skills to support and deliver people-focused initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with operational objectives.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture team, ensuring smooth delivery of best HR practices and consistent support to operational leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably within the Hospitality Industry Group Award (HIGA) environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields, with a strong emphasis on talent management and organizational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with experience in managing employee relation matters.
- Advanced knowledge of Work, Health and Safety regulations, with experience in managing employee lifecycle and performance management.
