Job Title: People Experience Partner

We are seeking a strategic People Experience Partner to play a critical role in executing our People Operations strategy and mitigating business risk across operational portfolios. This role is responsible for delivering consistent, high-impact support that enables performance, compliance, and a culture of care.

  • This role involves partnering with Senior Leaders to drive continuous improvement through people strategies and solutions that address business challenges and encourage innovation.
  • The successful candidate will partner across business functions to influence positive culture, drive behavioural change and provide leadership advisory support.
  • Key responsibilities include providing advisory support on Employee Relations/Industrial Relations matters to mitigate risk and protect our reputation.
  • The ideal candidate will have HR generalist experience within a fast-paced environment and demonstrated expertise in providing technical guidance, coaching and advice in ER/IR, Immigration, and Award related matters.
