  • Partner with award-winning teams to identify opportunities and provide advice and tactical support to deliver divisional people activities, including alignment of performance, capability, talent, and reward, through to business strategy; collaboration on business initiatives; input into group-wide programs; as well as market-leading innovation.
  • Play a key role in our technology transformation agenda, supporting our aspiration to be a leading digital bank.
