Manager of Employee Experience

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of core HR services and systems across the employee lifecycle.
This role will enable operational excellence, compliance and a positive employee experience by leveraging systems data and scalable processes. The Senior Manager will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the broader P&C team, employees and business leaders to align P&C operations with the broader People Strategy.
- Service Delivery Excellence
The Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR services including onboarding, offboarding contract management and employee records.
They will ensure timely and accurate delivery of P&C services with a focus on employee experience and service excellence.
Establishing and tracking KPIs for service performance and driving automation and continuous improvement.
- People Systems Optimization
The Senior Manager will manage and optimize HRIS platforms.
Championing digitalisation and automation in HR operations.
Owning the management and maintenance of employee records.
- Workforce Planning and Budgeting
The Senior Manager will own the budgeting, tracking and forecasting of the overall workforce, in close partnership with Finance and the business.
- Policy Compliance and Risk Management
The Senior Manager will ensure policy compliance with relevant legislation and regulation.
Developing and owning the Work Health & Safety strategy, processes and practices.
Managing employee agreement templates and ensuring effective document retention.
Supporting workforce compliance requirements including visa background checks and other regulatory requirements.
The Senior Manager will also oversee the management of the physical work environment, including compliance with Work Health and Safety requirements.
Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of equipment and services.
Overseeing Team Administration (including invoicing).
