About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food quality and service. You will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for innovation and creativity.

Requirements

  • Trade qualified (highly preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Chef preferred (minimum two years)
  • Team player, able to work autonomously, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
  • Prior experience in a high-paced & high-quality kitchen
  • Modern, contemporary, and innovative culinary skills
  • Strong knowledge of all sections and techniques
  • Be motivated by a passion for quality and excellent service delivery
  • Solid understanding of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, technique, sanitation, and presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people (suppliers, customers, employees, and management)
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a calm and methodical manner
