**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive corporate legal advisor to join our in-house legal team. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert support to our General Counsel in managing a broad portfolio of legal, regulatory, and governance matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advise on governance, legal structures, partnerships, and commercial agreements
  • Manage litigation, employment disputes, FOI requests, and subpoenas
  • Oversee risk, insurance portfolios, claims handling, and policy renewals
  • Draft and review contracts, support procurement, and lead tender processes
  • Lead on compliance, privacy, AML, modern slavery, audits, and legal training

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring circa 4-6 years' experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. You will have expertise in corporate commercial, mergers & acquisitions and/or commercial litigation. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills to influence outcomes.
