Corporate Legal Advisor

The role of a corporate legal advisor is to deliver high-quality legal advice that supports business decisions and facilitates the successful execution of transactions.

Key responsibilities include providing expert legal counsel, executing corporate transactions, developing strategies to manage legal risks, and communicating complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

  • A current practicing certificate and around 5–7 years' PQE with a strong foundation in transactional work are essential requirements.
  • Experience in real estate or an in-house environment will be highly regarded but is not mandatory.
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and drafting skills, along with the ability to simplify complex legal issues, are crucial for success in this role.
  • A proactive self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and drive results is also vital.
