Job Description:

  • Provide high-level legal and governance advice to support business growth and development.
  • Review and draft policy wording, product disclosure statements, and other financial services collateral.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to identify potential issues and provide proactive advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed legal qualifications with a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in an insurance in-house legal team or litigation/claims background.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
