The Role

This autonomous role offers fantastic career prospects and long-term potential for development within the rail sector. As a Senior Rail Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates, conducting and recording reference checks, writing job adverts and advertising online, providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients, effective database management, data entry, and compliance duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Mandatory Requirements
  • Pass a Rail Category 1 Medical
  • Pass on-going internal and host site, random workplace drug and alcohol tests (Urine)
  • Be willing to obtain RIW Card
  • Complete Courses: Safely Access Rail Corridor, Protection Officer Level 1 & 2, Handsignaller Level 1 & 2, Electrical Permit Holder
  • Have reliable transport to travel to client sites as required
Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation, paid parental leave, and great discounts with selected retailers. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a tailored wellbeing initiative.
