Project Development Manager Role

At Fever, we are seeking a skilled Project Development Manager to oversee the development and launch of events from start to finish. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to define how to scale events across markets.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiential programs. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, maintaining relationships with existing partners and developing new ones.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a project management role or consulting background, with strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational abilities. They should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage Fever events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with other departments to define how to scale events to additional markets.
  • Own strategic planning, execution, and reporting for key experiential programs.
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery.
  • Represent the Fever brand at events and work with marketing to maximize ticket sales and coverage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
  • Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
  • Solution-focused with the ability to identify issues and create actionable plans.
  • Highly organized and efficient; capable of managing multiple work streams.
