As an Event Coordinator | Music Ambassador, you will be working at the center of our shows in Perth, ensuring they consistently feel amazing for artists, hosts, and the audience.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about creating an industry-leading culture that supports artists and introduces their music to new fans.

The role involves acting as a main point of contact at events, representing Sofar to all artists, guests, and hosts. You will also support artists by helping them make the most out of their gig, including selling and promoting merchandise, driving signups to their mailing list and socials, and assisting with gear setup.

You will work closely with the host and other crew members to set up and run the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. Additionally, you will connect with guests by welcoming them, MCing, and fostering a communal environment at the show.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
