We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Development Manager to lead our operations in the Hunter Region.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annumThis role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Job DescriptionThe Regional Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing operations in the Hunter Region, including:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to promote economic development and sustainable growth;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community groups;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
- Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on regional development issues;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or public administration;
- Extensive experience in regional development, including policy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance;
