  • Retail Performance: Enhance day-to-day retail performance through strategic data use, SMART strategies, and flawless execution.

Requirements:
  • Experienced CRM Marketer: You bring a solid background in complex services marketing, preferably in healthcare, though other industries are welcome.
  • B2C Marketing Expert: You have strong skills across all channels, including traditional, digital, and customer call centers.
  • CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
  • Sales-Minded: You have a strong sales mindset and can translate marketing efforts into tangible results.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: You understand healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Data Analyst: Your well-developed analytical skills include Power BI capability.
  • Collaborative: Excellent internal stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are agile, with high attention to detail and exceptional process and time management skills.
