We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to spearhead our email marketing strategies.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.

Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Drive Email Growth: Identify target audience and grow our email list
  • Campaign Development: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Email Quality Control: Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Newsletter Creation: Write newsletters including all company updates
  • Email Template Upgrade: Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Client Communication: Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Email Database Management: Create email databases for lead generation
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Industry Compliance: Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as an Email marketing Specialist or Digital marketing specialist
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
