Job Title: Workplace Relations Expert

 

This is a newly created role for a Workplace Relations Expert to join our team. You will be responsible for providing workplace relations support and expert advice on a range of matters.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in an Industrial Relations role, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and industrial instruments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage external stakeholders including unions, utilising strong diplomacy skills

 

We're looking for someone who can interpret awards, agreements, and legislation to provide practical solutions on Employee Relations issues. If you have a passion for delivering client solutions and are committed to upholding our company values, please apply.
