Construction Finishing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Finishing Specialist to join our team in Hobart on a permanent basis.
As a key player in our construction projects, you will be responsible for:
- Concrete Finishing: Expertly finishing concrete surfaces to perfection and customer specifications.
- Formwork: Crafting and assembling formwork for concrete pours.
- Use of Tools: Screeds, floats, edgers, and other required tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality workmanship with every project.
- Leadership: Leading and mentoring junior teams continued growth.
The ideal candidate will possess previous demonstrated concrete finishing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a highly motivated and reliable attitude. Additionally, they must hold a White card, Driver's Licence, and be able to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Pre-employment Physical Assessments.
