About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Finishing Specialist to join our team in Hobart on a permanent basis.

As a key player in our construction projects, you will be responsible for:

  • Concrete Finishing: Expertly finishing concrete surfaces to perfection and customer specifications.
  • Formwork: Crafting and assembling formwork for concrete pours.
  • Use of Tools: Screeds, floats, edgers, and other required tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality workmanship with every project.
  • Leadership: Leading and mentoring junior teams continued growth.

The ideal candidate will possess previous demonstrated concrete finishing experience, excellent attention to detail, and a highly motivated and reliable attitude. Additionally, they must hold a White card, Driver's Licence, and be able to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Pre-employment Physical Assessments.
