We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and driving operational success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service delivery
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and performance targets are met
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing guidance and feedback to foster development
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, 2IC, or Supervisor in a call centre environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-focused approach and a proactive attitude towards operational improvement
