**Customer Service Team Lead Opportunity with Impel Management**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, and driving operational success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service delivery
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and performance targets are met
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing guidance and feedback to foster development
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Proven experience as a Team Leader, 2IC, or Supervisor in a call centre environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused approach and a proactive attitude towards operational improvement
