Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at the Art Gallery Society of NSW. As a key member of our Membership Services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and their guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Members Lounge and front desk
  • Working with our catering partner and other stakeholders to deliver cost-effective services and activities
  • Contributing to the operations of the Membership Services department to deliver customer services across all AGS contact points

Applicants should have a high-paced customer service/hospitality background with demonstrated work experience in hotels, airlines, or similar with a membership business. Must be eligible to work in Australia.

This role is three days a week - Thursday, Friday, and Saturday on-site at the Art Gallery of NSW.
