We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Service Operations Manager to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing service operations on a national level, enhancing customer satisfaction, optimising service delivery, and driving business growth.

The Role:
  • Develop and implement service goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with our overall vision.
  • Establish and maintain service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across all locations.
  • Lead the national service team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate service operations regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyse service performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
  • Proactively address customer needs and develop strategies for enhancing service offerings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their service concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure availability of necessary resources and support for service operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in service management.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualification in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in a national or regional capacity.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of service management best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using Service Management software (e.g., NetSuite) and other relevant technology platforms.
Salary and Benefits:

$150,000 + superannuation, $15,000 car allowance, incentive bonus, and full-time permanent role. You'll also enjoy opportunities for career progression, training, and development.
