About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join our growing team in Darwin, NT.

This is a permanent role that will support multidisciplinary projects and provide efficient administration support for Key Managers or similar positions of high visibility.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description

As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and timely administrative support to Key Managers and other team members
  • Managing a range of tasks with changing / competing priorities while delivering results at a fast pace
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Business & Administration Certificate II (or equivalent)
  • Relevant industry experience within Oil & Gas / Mining / Building / Construction
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • An intermediate to advanced IT user with experience in MS Office Suite and other document handling programs
